hurmm… for me… Fox(Devon) and Adust(Ace360)
This is pretty hard tbh cause some levels when they launch are honestly just so amazing they sorta shift the whole game but then the level becomes less amazing over time due to the formula being taken and improved by others.
Fracture is still a very special level to me the gameplay isn’t as amazing by today’s standards but the ability to tell a story through no dialogue or characters really stuck with me.

Party Time was released in 2019 and is the most popular level ever, period, so it’s pretty much a given for that. If you went strictly by numbers ol’s levels would show up a lot for obvious reasons, but I think if you had to include only one of his levels (which I’d suggest you limit yourself to 1 per creator) Party Time is the one to do

I think Crack Traxx (very early 2019) is a big one, though only older people in the community ever really talk about it.
Feral by Darkorious (2022) also comes to mind. Though, maybe it’s not the best idea to put a level that intense on objects in this LMAO
I think Isometry / Hexagon And On by TheVoidUnknown (2024) is also a good one, though again that might be a pain to put in.
The Kirby Collab / Something Different (very late 2024) stands out to me but that level has a lot happening in it.

Using the power of PA Browser, you can actually find the 2 most popular levels during each year from 2019 to 2025 pretty easily, it just depends on if you want to select those 2 levels sorting by Most Views, Subs or Favorites ^^
